Balocco Food Company was founded in 1927 by Francesco Antonio Balocco in the city of Fossano, located in the Piedmont region of Italy. Francesco began his career as a baker and pastry chef at the age of 11, working in some of Piedmont’s historic bakeries, such as Confetteria in Bra, Frigogio Bakery, and the historic Pasticceria De Coster in Turin. In 2016, the company achieved €170 million in sales, with its products reaching more than 67 countries, reflecting the quality of its Made-in-Italy goods.
